1. Head to https://www.medsana.com.au/contact/ to book an appointment. PLEASE SELECT ‘COVID TEST’ AS APPOINTMENT TYPE.

2. You will need to complete your online registration BEFORE your appointment time.

3. Park in the carpark highlighted in image and call reception on 0738524878.

4. One of our Doctors will complete a consult and test form prior to your swab. 

5. A nurse will complete your swab in the car park. PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR.
